Clients need to bring in their Advanced Child Tax Credit Letter. If you received an advance, please note that your refund will look different than normal. ( the letter is Letter 6914).

Clients need to bring in their Economic Rebate Recovery Letter.

If you do not have your letter, you can go to the IRS Website located here (Sign In (irs.gov) and make an ID Me account. We suggest this because if the correct data is not entered, your refund will be delayed.
